Is it a scam? 
Email from Greg Thedford address greg@ubankphila.pe.hu, Beware of the sender as numerous scam emails has been sent by this particular individual. Emails like these are designed to commit online frauds and steal identity. Do not fall victim of identity theft. Do not sharing any banking details with the sender. Identity theft is common over Internet.

This is the second time i'm contacting you to inform you that we have a mandate to assist you in procuring your funds of the sum total US$6,700.000.00 currently with the First Bank of Nigeria besaba branch. Without wasting time and if you believe this information is true or wish to know more details, kindly call me or text me 1 (215) 469 1090 and i will call you and we can talk and i shall explicate the process and what you need to do. I have attached my I.D to this email for your confirmation and my official email address is also from my Bank which i'm writing you from. Please be fast in getting back to me as we have no much time left.
