Automated call saying that a case has been filed under my name, I should call back them.
These as spam calls from offshore call centers, they trick people in sending them money. Remember one thing courts and even police do not call people on their phone telling them that a case has been filed under your name.
Recently a call center in India that was involved in this scam was charged with frauds. Hundreds of their agents were arrested.
So if you have received call from this number just add the call id to spam list.
