Emails like these are designed to commit online frauds and steal identity. Do not fall victim of identity theft. Do not sharing any banking details with the sender. Identity theft is common over Internet.

Note the luggage and the delivery personnel is presently in your home
country with all the covering document and relate fees paid by the federal
government.

All that is required of you is for you to pay for the release of your
luggage by the air port officials right there in your country.
